Becoming a Certified True Colors Facilitator provides you with the tools, resources, and community you need to deliver our foundational Personal Success Workshop.
The True Colors Personal Success Certification Training guides participants through the central concepts of the True Colors system as it applies to their personal and professional lives. This interactive, engaging, and life-changing workshop helps participants explore their own distinctive personality strengths and stressors, learn to respect and appreciate differences in the ways people function, and lays the foundation for meaningful relationships, effective communication, and decreased instances of conflict.
In two and a half days, you will be a Certified True Colors Facilitator and trained to deliver our three-hour Personal Success Workshop. Plus, we’ve partnered with Credly, a leading digital credential provider, to deliver your completion badge that can be displayed, accessed, verified, and shared online. This is a valuable symbol of your achievement that is recognized worldwide.

Meet the Instructor:
Bill is an award-winning educator who retired in 2012 completing his 33-year career in public education as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources Development in the Temecula Valley Unified School District. Bill’s master’s degree is in Organizational Development and his doctorate is in Educational Leadership. During his years of service, he was a classroom teacher at the elementary, middle, and high school levels in the areas of math, music, and physical education. Additionally, Bill has been a principal at all three levels. He also provided district-level leadership as the Director of Elementary Education, Director of Secondary Education, and Coordinator of Human Resources Development. He continues the work he commenced in 1999 as a university professor at Brandman University and La Sierra University. Coursework topics include Leadership, Professional Development, Organizational Development, Change, Communication, Teambuilding, and Research Design. Bill enjoys the development of people and organizations to enhance performance. He is particularly drawn to the topics of communication and leadership.
