Training Overview & Certification Requirements

This four-day certification program is highly interactive, engaging, and life-changing. Participants will explore their own personality strengths, challenges, and stressors, while developing the skills to guide others in the same journey.

To become a Certified True Colors Facilitator, participants must:

• Pass a competency exam
• Submit a 10-15 minute video of themselves conducting a training
• Provide a reflection document summarizing key learnings from the three-day in-person training

Upon successful completion, participants will be officially certified to deliver the True Colors Personal Awareness & Success Training, a proprietary three-hour workshop.

Master Effective Facilitation Techniques – Understand the difference between facilitating and presenting, develop group feedback strategies, and learn how to engage all color types through targeted questioning.

Handle Challenges with Confidence – Learn how to ask and respond to difficult questions, reframe discussions effectively, and navigate participant dynamics.

Understand True Colors Standards & Expectations – Gain clarity on True Colors International expectations, the role of a Certified Facilitator, and strategies for championing the methodology.

Complete Certification Requirements – Finalize certification by passing the competency exam, submitting a recorded facilitation session, and reflecting on key learnings from the full training.
