Looking to boost your True Colors certified facilitator skills? The Facilitator Skill Enhancement Training (FSET) is a must-attend event for you!

This virtual training offers valuable knowledge on facilitation skills/strategies, group feedback techniques, applying adult learning theory, storytelling and sharing personal experiences, and many other topics.

FSET aims to ensure excellent and consistent delivery of our methodology while strengthening facilitation skills according to the True Colors training standards.  

In preparation for FSET, Facilitators will complete Key components which include:

1. Passing a competency exam.

2. Providing a video of the Facilitator Candidate conducting a training (10-15 minutes).

3. Producing a reflection document with Key learnings from the three days of Certification training.*
