Tracey Glenn

Tracey Glenn is the President of GlennView, a consulting firm based in Cape Girardeau, MO, which she owns with her husband, Jeff. Tracey previously served as Vice President of Organization and Leadership Development for Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce and the Director of Conference Development for the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jefferson City, MO. Additionally, Glenn was the Public Information Manager for the City of Cape Girardeau, where she managed the media and communications divisions of the City for a decade.

Tracey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication degree from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management and completed the Advanced Public Information Officers Course at the Emergency Management Institute in Emmitsburg, MD. Tracey is a graduate of the Leadership Missouri program as well as the Leadership Cape Girardeau program.

 

She currently serves on the board of the Leadership Missouri Alumni Association and the Cape Girardeau Public Schools Foundation. Tracey enjoys serving on the City of Cape Girardeau Parks & Recreation Advisory Board, where she co-chaired the successful sales tax renewal campaign. Tracey has previously served on numerous boards including past President of the Cape Girardeau Rotary Club and the Tri-State Advertising & Marketing Professionals.

Tracey is an Elite Certified True Colors® facilitator and is an independently Certified Coach, Teacher, and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team. She enjoys facilitating workshops and speaking to groups, helping them in their life goals.

Tracey has received various awards including Southeast Missouri State University Young Alumni Merit Award, Southeast Missourian 40 Under 40 Award, Cape Girardeau Rotary Club Rotarian of the Year, Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce Go-Getter Award, and Advertising & Marketing Professionals ADDY Award.

Tracey and her husband Jeff have been married for 25 years and are partners in GlennView. They reside in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. They have two sons, Zac who is a senior on a vocal scholarship at Lindenwood University majoring in Music Business, and Josh, who is a state-champion swimmer and current freshman at Missouri University of Science & Technology, majoring in Chemical Engineering.
